Bookings are from Saturday 16 p.m to Saturday 10 a.m in July/August, but can be flexible rest of the year.
Bed linen, hand, bath,tea towels supplied, as well as tabs, powder for DW & WM, paper rolls for toilet and kitchen.
End of stay cleaning is included in our rates, NO EXTRA CHARGES

Less deposit: 25% is required to secure your booking
The balance must be paid 8 weeks before the beginning of the stay

Damage deposit: 250 payable CASH for arrival (refundable)

Xmas/New Year: 20/12/08 - 03/01/09 (420/week, 720/2weeks)

Oct/Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb/Mar/April: 2 weeks = 650, 3 weeks = 900, 4 weeks = 1 100
May/June/September: 2 weeks = 930, 3 weeks = 1 330, 4 weeks = 1 700

Mid Season: Bank holiday & Short break: 170 (2p/3n), 200 (3-4p/2n), 270 (3-4p/3n) or (5/6p/2n), 330 (3-4p/4n) or (5-6p/3n),
